Longe for the little ones (4-7 years) with Shetland ponies

Here, children with a passion for riding can gain experience in riding lessons in a playful way and through simple exercises. Coordination skills, balance and a feeling for the movement of the pony are taught. In contrast to guided pony riding, the first exercises for correct rein and sitting posture are started here.

Riding out into the countryside on a lead

Both in winter through the snowy winter wonderland of the surrounding countryside and in summer towards the lake to cool off your legs.

During our guided rides we discover the area around the riding stables on the back of our sure-footed horses. This offer is aimed at children and riders who feel most comfortable on a lead and want to be close to both horses and nature.

Trail Ride to Ringberg Castle

This scenic ride is perfect for anyone who loves the Tegernsee mountains. We make our way on horseback through the forest and up to Ringberg Castle, whose foundation was laid in 1912 by Duke Luitpold.

Depending on your riding level, we can include trot and canter segments along the way – always tailored to your individual experience and ability.

Lake Loop Trail Ride

Experience the beauty of Lake Tegernsee on horseback.

This gentle ride takes us at a walking pace along the lakeshore, where we enjoy stunning views over Lake Tegernsee. We let the horses cool their feet in the water and take our time as we make our way to the Rottach Seestrasse – a relaxed and peaceful experience.

Please note that part of the route to the lake follows a road with traffic.

Suitable for beginners, novices and intermediate riders.

Together, we ride through the picturesque landscape of the Weissach Meadows.

Our sure-footed horses carry you safely through the stunning natural surroundings – crossing gentle streams where they can pause to refresh, then continuing along the foothills of Mount Wallberg to seemingly endless canter and trot paths winding through the forest.

Each trail ride is individually tailored to your riding level and personal preferences.

A confident seat and experience in handling horses are required.
